Well i bought a bed from heli-beds approx 6 years ago, for less thna half your price and its still going great guns!! Just remember, for every disgruntled customer, there are many more satisfied customers. I have several friends who, after recommendation, also bought a bed from them... at various price levels.

Again no problems! Prompt delivery, super quality, pretty good service. I would imagine this is why they seem to now be everywhere around, with more places popping up everywhere! Its called Word of mouth, and this carries far in retail. From a retail background myself, i'm aware there will always be problems. However you clearly aren't covered as you signed for a 1 year guarantee!! No customer rights are affected.

So of course, Trading Standards don't care, and so neither will the courts. I see no follow up articles regarding this, therefore i presume you didn't win?!! So technically, they have done no wrong, maybe you were just unlucky, but if you were that concerned when spending that amount of money, why didn't you shop around for beds with a much longer guarantee, to avoid this possible outcome???
