 instead.Heli-Beds expensive crap disintegrating mattressThis started of as just my tale of woe, but I have had numerous people write to me thanking me about warning them off this incompetent and dishonest company, and sharing their own painful experiences with Hellish Bad Helibeds (AKA lowcostbedsandmattressdirect.co.uk). I can only conclude that this firm is rotten to the core. Basically Helibeds sell shoddy shite and refuse to fix, replace or refund it when it falls apart. If you wish to add you own sad experiences, please include photos of disintegrated beds and mattresses, and scans of unhelpful letters from Helibeds. I'm getting lots of e-mails thanking me for putting this site up from people who were thinking of buying a bed from Hellish Bad Helibeds but have been warned off - and employees disgruntled with their sharp practices (unfortunately all anonymous or too extreme, hence not published). HeliBeds' slogan is 'Order by Lunchtime, Deliver by Bedtime'. If I could suggest an ammendment, it could be made a little more accurate if it were 'Hell-beds: Order by dint of not knowing what they're like, Fall apart just too late, Tell customer to get stuffed every time'. Helibeds sell shoddy shite and refuse to fix, replace or refund it when it falls apart.
