Hello,

I saw your information after googling Helibeds. I have had an absolutely horrendous experience with them, I ordered an item which was not what I expected, when I asked to return it they were going to charge me £1 per mile to collect so I returned the item myself, they refused to accept it because I had opened the box! T o cut a long story short the staff  (one in particular) got very aggressive, said he had listened to our calls and disputed what wh had said but wouldn't let us listen to the calls ourselves! He wouldn't let us leave the item in the warehouse saying it was our property, we tried to take photographic evidence and he physically restrained us then proceeded to remove it himself, dropping it and completely destroying it upon which he laughed and got very cocky. I felt so intimidated I phoned the poliec. I have now made a claim at the small claims court and contacted watchdog.

Hi,

Thanks for your reply, yes my claim with the small claims court was 100% successful, I received a full refund plus compensation for travelling expenses etc, and I would never touch Helibeds again with a bargepole!!
