Hello,

Please excuse me for emailing you but I have just read your page about Helibeds and I find myself in a similar situation.  I won't bore you with all the boring details but I was wondering if they had been to court yet or if you had managed to come to some other arrangement with them.

I would like to ask if you can give me any advice on my further dealings with them as the bed i am complaining about is still under its 12 month guarantee.
