I wish I'd come across your website before I ordered a mattress from heli-beds for my very elderly parents. Not only did they not fulfil their promise of delivering on the same day, despite my request the delivery man was rude arrogant and refused at first to take the mattress upstairs. He would not take thw old mattress away leaving my parents very upset and frustrated. Heli beds do not know the meaning of customer service. I contacted them to complain and it was obvious despite my complaint that they will not refund my £65 paid for same day delivery. They are unhelpful, rude and a thoroughly unpleasant company to deal with.

I am about to contact the consumers association
